Isabella Chilingaryan is an Associate at the Firm. Her practice focuses on assisting clients with the acquisition, development, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate, including mixed-use and industrial properties.  She also has prior experience in real estate entitlement and the development process, focusing on land use, government and neighborhood outreach, as well as California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) compliance.
