Jack Hensley
Associate
Jack D. Hensley is a Litigation Associate at the Firm. His practice focuses on real estate disputes and commercial litigation. These disputes range from unlawful detainer, fraud, to breach of lease agreements and commercial disputes such as breach of partnership or LLC agreements, fiduciary duties and misappropriation of funds.
Before joining the firm, Jack litigated on behalf of public entities all over the State of California. He represented cities, public safety agencies, and water districts in a variety of matters. He litigated matters ranging from personal injury and code enforcement, to constitutional violation claims as well as complex water rights disputes.
Aside from zealously advocating for his clients in the courtroom, Jack enjoys participating in competitive weightlifting, going to live sporting events and concerts, and taking his dog, Toby, on hikes
